DW Solutions Delivery Method & Timing Policy

  1. Introduction
    This Delivery Method & Timing Policy outlines how we deliver services, what timelines you can expect, and how we handle any delays. It applies to all services provided by DW Solutions.
  2. Service Delivery Methods
    Depending on the nature of the service, deliverables will be provided via one or more of the following methods:
  • Electronic delivery (email, secure download link, cloud-storage, Git repository)
  • Access credentials (for software, web services, platforms)
  • Physical deliverables (in exceptional cases, such as printed materials, USB drives)
  • On-site services (meetings, workshops, consultancy sessions)
  1. Estimated Timing
    We provide estimated delivery times for each project or service in our proposal or agreement. Typical timelines are:
  • Initial consultation & proposal: within 5 business days of request
  • Web design / development projects: estimated 4 to 8 weeks from project kickoff (depending on scope)
  • Software solutions: timelines vary significantly — quoted on a per-project basis
  • Digital media or branding packages: typically 2 to 4 weeks from approval of concept
  • Consultancy services: scheduled as agreed, with commencement typically within 1 to 2 weeks
  1. Delivery Milestones & Handover
    For larger projects, we will define milestones in the project contract or statement of work. At each milestone:
  • We will deliver specific outputs (design mock-ups, progress builds, modules)
  • You will review and provide feedback within agreed timeframe
  • Final deliverable will be handed over when all milestones are accepted and payment obligations met
  1. Delays and Extensions
    While we strive to meet estimated timelines, certain factors may cause delays, including:
  • Client review or approval delays
  • Changes in project scope, additional features or revisions
  • Third-party dependencies (licences, external APIs, hardware)
  • Force majeure / unforeseen circumstances

In such cases:

  • We will notify you promptly of the delay, impact and revised delivery estimate
  • Additional costs or timeline extension may apply if the cause is client-driven (scope changes, delayed responses)
  • We will endeavour to minimise impact and prioritise timely completion
  1. Acceptance & Sign-Off
    Upon delivery of the final service or product:
  • You will have a review period (typically 5 business days) to inspect the deliverable and report any material defects or omissions
  • After sign-off, the work is considered accepted, and any further changes may be subject to a new scope of work and fees
  1. Post-Delivery Support
    Following delivery, we may offer support, maintenance or warranty services as defined in your agreement. If no support arrangement is made:
  • We will still address defects or issues directly attributable to our work for a period of 30 days at no extra charge, provided the issue is reported within that period and no unauthorised modifications were made.
  • After that, standard support or maintenance rates apply.

8. Agreement & Changes
By entering into an agreement with DW Solutions you accept this Delivery Method & Timing Policy as part of your contract. We reserve the right to update this policy from time to time; changes will apply to new agreements only unless otherwise agreed.
