DW Solutions Refund Policy
- Introduction
At DW Solutions, we strive to deliver high-quality digital, software and consultancy services that meet your expectations. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a service you have purchased from us, this Refund Policy describes when and how a refund may be requested. - Scope
This policy applies to all services provided by DW Solutions, including but not limited to: web services, software solutions, digital media services, creative design, corporate re-branding, and consultancy services (collectively “Services”). It does not cover third-party products, licences or hosting services that may be arranged through or by us where we act as intermediary. - Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

- You inform us in writing (via email to info@dwsolutions.tech) of your dissatisfaction within 14 calendar days of the service deliverable being provided or milestone completed.
- You provide a clear explanation of what aspect of the service you believe is deficient, incomplete or materially different from the agreed specification.
- You have paid in full for the service, and all project files, access credentials (if any) have been returned or released as agreed.
- The refund request does not arise from changes in business strategy, lack of use, or “changed mind” whereby the originally agreed-specification was delivered.
- Review Process
Upon receipt of your refund request:

- We will acknowledge your request within 3 business days.
- We will review the details, the original project agreement/specification, deliverables and your explanation.
- We may offer to correct or revise the deliverable rather than issue a refund.
- If we agree to issue a refund, we will process it within 14 business days of acceptance.
- Partial Refunds & Credits
In some cases, a full refund may not be appropriate, but a partial refund or credit may be offered. For example:

- If you have received substantial value (e.g., design concept, code, milestones delivered) and then request termination.
- If you have used third-party licences or incurred costs on your behalf.
In such cases, the refundable amount will be calculated reasonably based on work performed, deliverables provided, third-party costs incurred, and will be disclosed to you in our decision.
- Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be issued for:

- Services already fully performed and accepted by you.
- Third-party costs (such as hosting, licences) that are non-refundable.
- Services terminated by you after more than 14 days from delivery of the final deliverable, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- “Change of mind” requests where the original deliverable met the specification agreed in writing.
- How to Request a Refund
Send an email to info@dwsolutions.tech with:

- Your name and contact details
- Invoice / order number
- Description of service purchased
- Date of delivery
- Explanation of reason for refund request and supporting evidence (e.g., screenshot, specification doc)
We will respond with our assessment and next steps.
- Agreement & Changes to Policy
By purchasing services from DW Solutions you agree that this Refund Policy forms part of our terms of engagement. We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time; any changes will apply only to services ordered after the effective date.
